Often we feel we need to justify our pain to have it accepted, or we downplay it and say it doesn’t matter because it’s not as bad as others - we compete in the Olympics of being a victim. Why is this a problem? And what can we do as an alternative? This week’s episode talks about this and attempts to give an answer.
